We at Sunset Marsh hope that you willl be totally satisfied with your order and will not need to make a return. However, we know that things happen and it is sometimes necessary. We asked that you notify us and get a preauthorization, return number and ask that you review the return policy before you make your order.
- Pre-authorization is required for all items to be returned.
- Returns are not accepted after 7 days upon receipt of goods.
- A 20% restocking fee will be charged for all returned goods.
- Claims for any damaged items must be made within 3 days upon receipt of merchandise.
- All items returned for credit must be in original packaging with all parts included.
- Unauthorized returns are not eligible for credits or exchanges.
- Any other concerns not covered by this policy can be addressed to our Customer Service Department at Support@SunsetMarsh.com
*Customer is responsible for shipping charges both ways under all circumstances. However, if we are replacing defective items, shipping is FREE for domestic orders.
*No exchanges. Defective merchandise returned properly will be replaced for the same item. If the item is no longer available, a credit will be given for the amount in question as soon as we have received and checked the defective item.
*ORDER CANCELLATION:
You may cancel your order as long as it is still in process. Once your order has been shipped, you cannot cancel your order.
