We at Sunset Marsh hope that you willl be totally satisfied with your order and will not need to make a return. However, we know that things happen and it is sometimes necessary. We asked that you notify us and get a preauthorization, return number and ask that you review the return policy before you make your order. 

  1. Pre-authorization is required for all items to be returned.
  2. Returns are not accepted after 7 days upon receipt of goods.
  3. A 20% restocking fee will be charged for all returned goods.
  4. Claims for any damaged items must be made within 3 days upon receipt of merchandise.
  5. All items returned for credit must be in original packaging with all parts included.
  6. Unauthorized returns are not eligible for credits or exchanges.
  7. Any other concerns not covered by this policy can be addressed to our Customer Service Department at Support@SunsetMarsh.com


*Customer is responsible for shipping charges both ways under all circumstances. However, if we are replacing defective items, shipping is FREE for domestic orders.

*No exchanges. Defective merchandise returned properly will be replaced for the same item. If the item is no longer available, a credit will be given for the amount in question as soon as we have received and checked the defective item.

*ORDER CANCELLATION:

You may cancel your order as long as it is still in process. Once your order has been shipped, you cannot cancel your order.
